This week SugarSync is at the top of the Android App list. The app SugarSync recently had an update that made it even easier to use. With this app you can manage, check, and edit the files that you have stored on your phone. This app is free to everyone unless you use more than 5GB of space. I have never personally used this app but it seems like it would be very useful if you had a lot of files on your phone.
